These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the MytransfersEU website and the booking of our private transfer and chauffeur services. By requesting a quote or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Our service
MytransfersEU arranges private airport transfers, city transfers, business travel and long-distance rides with professional drivers and premium vehicles across Europe and selected destinations. Bookings are confirmed individually based on availability.
2. Quotes and booking
- Quotes are provided manually based on the details you submit (route, date, time, passengers and luggage).
- A booking is only confirmed once we send you a written confirmation with the agreed price and vehicle.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate pickup details, contact information and flight numbers.
3. Pricing
The price quoted and confirmed before your trip is fixed for the agreed route and conditions. Additional charges may apply only for changes requested after confirmation, such as extra stops, significant route changes, waiting time beyond the included window, or additional passengers/luggage.
4. Pickups and waiting time
- For airport pickups, we monitor your flight and include a reasonable complimentary waiting window after landing.
- For non-airport pickups, a standard waiting window applies from the agreed pickup time.
- Excessive waiting beyond the included window may incur an additional charge, communicated where possible.
5. Your responsibilities
- Be ready at the agreed pickup point and time.
- Keep your contact number reachable, especially on WhatsApp.
- Behave respectfully toward the driver and vehicle. Smoking is not permitted in vehicles.
- Wear seatbelts and comply with applicable safety and local laws.
6. Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are handled under our Refund / Cancellation Policy. Please request any change as early as possible so we can accommodate it.
7. Liability
We take care to provide a punctual, reliable service. However, we are not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures, strikes, or incorrect information provided at booking. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected transfer.
8. Luggage and items
Please declare the amount and size of luggage at booking so the right vehicle is assigned. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle, though we will make reasonable efforts to return found items.
9. Payment
Payment terms are confirmed at booking. Where online payment applies, it is processed securely through trusted providers such as Stripe.
10. Governing terms
These terms are operated by MytransfersEU LLC. We may update them from time to time; the current version is always published on this page.
